Our guides are happy to welcome you in de Garden

Curious about the green and colorful secrets of de Garden? We’d love to welcome you to our specially designed discovery gardens in Enkhuizen. Discover what the world of vegetables, flowers and herbs has to offer, even before it’s sold in stores or on your plate.

• Walk between colourful flowers and fragrant herbs
• Learn more about the cultivation of the newest and most common vegetable crops
• Learn about the importance of biodiversity
• On request, our guides will be happy to show you around

Our discovery garden is located in front of the historic city gate the Koepoort in Enkhuizen. Take a special walk and discover how vegetables, flowers and herbs grow and bloom. Marvel at the wonderful way plants develop with explanation from our experts, if requested. 

de Garden is open to the public from July to September on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We charge a fee of €3.50 per person, with a minimum of €30.00 per group.
